Jim is a long-time client. Like many of our clients, he’s a successful medical practitioner who’s done very well with property over the years.

We eventually zeroed in on an ideal off-market block in his #1 area. The numbers stacked up, and the build concept was safe. Negotiation was challenging, with vendors who continually tried to change the goalposts and backtrack on previous ground. We secured it eventually for just below his budget.
